Daib started Lumendash in February 2022 as a marketing agency specialising in fractional Chief Marketing Officer as a service. He has pioneered growth within the company through recent expansion of the team and markets.

Ifan has spent the last ten years formulating and executing the marketing strategy for various SaaS start-ups. As a professional who has often operated as a one-person department, Ifan values automation and the ability to extract insights from big data.

Esha is a commercially driven digital technology leader with over 20 years of international experience, specialising in guiding transformational change. Her expertise spans diverse sectors, including social media, data & analytics, generative AI, investment banking, retail, telecom, utilities, betting, and gaming.

Caroline Hayward

Non-Executive Chair

Caroline founded The Chairman's Network over 15 years ago and brought it online 5 years ago as ChairX. Today, as ChairX, it is a Collaborative Business Network for Chairs, Entrepreneurs, CXO and Board Directors to connect, engage and collaborate. Caroline is also CEO of Executive Search firm Hayward & Associates, which specialises in Board and Technology roles as intermediaries. Now Caroline joined Lumendash as a Non-Executive Director.
