Daib started Lumendash in February 2022 as a marketing agency specialising in fractional Chief Marketing Officer as a service. Daib has pioneered growth within the company through recent expansion of the team and markets. Most recently he led the product launch of AI dashboards as a service with GPT functionality.
COO
Adeel is an eCommerce and digital marketing expert with over 20 years of experience working with leading marketing agencies, global brands, and building two companies in the performance marketing industry. He specialises in web project development, marketing strategy, user acquisition, and scaling startups from the ground up.
CTO
Esha became a director in February 2025 and has been responsible for project managing the product development. She has created an architecture plan for our developers to follow. Esha has 20 years development experience and has driven business growth across the UK, US, and India, serving as a non-executive director, board advisor, and mentor.

Caroline founded The Chairman's Network over 15 years ago and brought it online 5 years ago as ChairX. Today, as ChairX, it is a Collaborative Business Network for Chairs, Entrepreneurs, CXO and Board Directors to connect, engage and collaborate.
